  • Sales of single-family homes decreased to 432 during the week of Mar 05, from 571 the week prior
  • The median price of single family homes decreased to $399,399, a change of -3.8%
  • Single-family inventory decreased by 51, and now sits at 3,906

Sales of condos, townhomes, and villas 

  • Sales of condos, townhomes, and villas decreased to 132 during the week of Mar 05, from 182 the week prior
  • The median price of condos, townhomes, and villas increased to $289,000, a change of 4.2%
  • Condo inventory decreased by 8, and now sits at 1,423
